Alan Gugino is a hands on builder who believes in the importance of boots on the ground participation. Alan is intimately involved in all projects leading his team toward milestones and delivering a superior product. Alan reviews, estimates, and approves all project proposals before they are delivered to our clients.

David Vavoulis
VP of Production
David Vavoulis is Alan’s right hand. His roll as VP of Production partners closely with Alan to ensure quality craftsmanship and company performance on every project. David specializes in very large luxury framing residences, 10,000 FQT and over. Together David and Alan have built most of the Los Altos foothills over the past 35 years. Between David and Alan, there is nothing that cannot be constructed.
